I have seen Meigs twice this yr. they are a great team but i don’t think they have enough to beat the Tide. Any word on Dickson?

peabody has 2-3 kids to worry about speed wise. the rest will be even. th espeed differential overall is negligible

No general you haven’t  seen these teams in person so by video you can only compare speed to the other players beside them or beat them. Like I said video is deceiving.

when you dont like someones counter argument you simply repeat yourself. you're better than that hopefully. i posted my reasons why meigs wins. deal with that or come up with some new material at least. we know you have pinups of the peabody players in your locker at school

peabody looked about the same speed as riverside for 3 quarters. and i saw riverside in person - you know better. the peabody is invincible story has multiple holes in it

I agree 100% last year he wasn’t a 100% but this year he has played light out, he was a big difference in the game last night. The kid is fast and can cut on a dime.

- Meigs has played TC as well as two of the 2 tops teams in 1A, Greenback and SP. 

- Meigs is physical and has a defense. 

- Peabody is vulnerable and has shown that the last 2 weeks. 1 against a team who couldnt put them away and 2 against a team that had no business being up 14-0.  

- Peabody's pass game is sometimes great, sometimes awful. If Meigs can stop the run and force Peabody to pass, they will be uncomfortable, despiite what the Tide fans feed you. 

- Had that been Meigs last night it wouldve been 28-0 before Peabody woke up. 

- Peabody's SOS is somewhere just north of Union City Middle's. I think Meigs is gonna push them around. 

- Only thing in Peabody's favor is they DO have 2-3 really good athletes. And these kids have played n the BB before.   

- I think TC has the best defense in 2A, Meigs got 22 on them, I think they can get 36 on Peabody and hold them to 3-4 scores. 

To be exact, Meigs 36, Peabody 24

Seems like you have it all down. Have you ever watched a meigs game ? Not video or clips a game.  You have never seen Peabody in person either. Don’t give me forrest played  them in 83 and you guys beat them.  Don’t you have Forrest thread to be posting in or maybe tssaa corruption thread ?

He is already above average for a rb. Great news is, we get another year of him, he is only a junior.

He played defense the second half and ran the ball too. I think he is fine. We got up and I don’t think coach wanted to risk injury
