The LT Gov of Texas did not say that about old citizens. I watched the interview the night it happened on Tucker Carlson. His exact words were, "Let's get back to living. Let's be smart about it, and those of us who are 70 plus will have to take care of ourselves, but don't sacrifice the country." Only today's media could twist that into he is trying to kill old people.

Pretty typical. It’s not even half truths anymore. It’s just straight out lies.

The RWNJs are soooooooooooooo pro-life...

(how pro-life are they?)

So "pro-life" that one of the head red-state RWNJs  (Dan Patrick the Lt. Gov. of Texas) said that older citizens should just go on and buy the farm, that their life doesn't matter.

An embryo the size of a tadpole vs an adult senior citizens who worked and paid taxes all of his or her life?   That's the biggest problem with the RWNJs - hypocrisy.

"the man was a notorious liar"

Below is part of the quote from Dan Patrick you mischaracterized and outright lied about. He said he was willing to take a risk with his health and even life to open the country back up. Go find a left wing sports talk forum.

"No one reached out to me and said, 'As a senior citizen, are you willing to take a chance on your survival, in exchange for keeping the America that all America loves for your children and grandchildren?"' Patrick remarked. "And if that's the exchange, I'm all in."

In an interview with Tucker Carlson, Patrick claimed other grandparents like him would be willing to make the same sacrifice.

Nice reporting Don Lemon.

Keep talking though. I like it when you let your hair down so we can see what a vile, hateful person you really are. Grasping on to lies and just making things up like a 7th grade cheerleader.

Maybe you ought to go get a job and contribute to society. That would make you feel much better about yourself and let go of the hatred for white people and Christians.

Those big city effeminate left wing socialist football haters.

If they cancelled a HS game because of one positive case they showed incredibly poor, bordering on pathetic leadership. Not sure of their political leanings or testosterone level but the fear of criticism on social media of the armies of unemployed, effeminate, socialist enjoyment of life haters like yourself is strong.

That does explain quite a bit.

By the way, you can tell your @55 buddy "swarm" that just because he is poor white trash, that doesn't make him a "christian" - just like trump tries to play one on t.v. but isn't.

Let the tears flow sweetheart.  It will help the burn.

Giving my life to Christ makes me a Christian. Being poor white trash is just a choice I made. I take responsibility for it too. And nobody owes me a thing. What's your excuse for just being trash? Trump's fault?

Just my opinion here.Have I lived what I would consider a Christian life in the past, yes.Have I lived what I would consider a heathen life in the past ,yes. I've since tried to settle into something in the middle and that's for me to live with. Only I know whats in my heart and nobody else. I feel the same towards every human on this earth. I try hard not to judge any man because he believes in any kind of religion or none at all.The same with folks that live a totally different life style or don't look like a good ole boy. I've met every kind of person that I guess this earth has to offer. It's truly hard not to notice the differences we all have but sometimes we have to work a little harder not to judge. Not long after 911, I was visiting a brother in San Francisco . He rented a room out to a man who was of the Sikh faith .Being a good ole Tennessee boy in San Francisco for the first time was hard enough to understand. It turns out the man with a black turban and long black beard was probably one of the kindest people that I'd ever met . As to our president or anyone running against him. I'm not God or whoever you choose to follow. I voted for Trump but can't stand to hear him open his pie hole. Matter of fact,I can't stand to hear most politicians speak. What's in any of their hearts however ,is not mine to decide.
