You have been right about certain things and wrong about others. It was the way you went about it. We all know that there are huge problems in the TC program the buck starts and stops with Blake, not the kids.

No, it did not start with Blake, it starts with what the town will accept as normal.  Abusive coaches, parents, authority figures, zero accountability for certain players, and god help us the fencebirds like you guys.

You guys now praise Waggoner, but the truth is he left because of the toxicity.  Toxic staff, admin, players, fans, parents.

I guess after last night you guys are ready to scream you're going for a gold ball.

2A is trash without Peabody, easily the worst division in TN.

In thought the staff showed some good creativity on offense last night as well. Mixed up the offense. Claiborne with the half back pass. Was tough sledding for Gregory up the middle early so they went outside more with Claiborne.  But Gregory busted one late and was able to outrun the Tyner defense from the fullback position! Also brought back the old “baines” play from Waggoner except they handed the ball to Claiborne instead of having the qb run it  — have the TE and FB line up as double TE on one side and then motion to the other side and usually run to the strong side. Lots of blockers at the point of attack. Except they also ran option to the weak side some and there was only one edge defender to cover the qb and rb. Glad to see them ride Claiborne heavily. Gotta use your stud in big games.

Sounds like you want a country club atmosphere

Oh, I think Tyner should win the game.  Its the fact its up there etc. along with other intangibles that seem to go the Trouserhoser's way, lol.

@Yeti    :roflol:  Its good that you guys get Trouserhoser County at Meigs.  Each week that Ditch Bank gets colder.  After the 1st round, they start storing the balls in a freezer up there.

They tore down their bleachers last time we came up there. It apparently wasn't fair that the visitors side held home field advantage.:thumb:

Now their seating is 70/30 according to them.

    • Jason Lambert should be the only choice for the Baseball coaching position.
    • From the stats I found online it looks like Gabe Eddington- .484, 44 total hits, 43 runs scored and 42 stolen bases.Meanwhile, on the mound, the Austin Peay commit had a record of 8-2, while compiling 50 innings pitched with an ERA of 1.82. Carson Parrott - 7-0 overall as a starting pitcher with a 1.41 ERA, 95 strikeouts and a save in 53 and 1/3 innings pitched. Parrott hit .392 with 3 home runs, 21 RBIs with a .566 OBP and .716 SLG. Jaxon Walker - .454, 53 hits, 38 RBI’s, 9 HRs.   Not saying the other three aren’t deserving but Quillen had better BA than all three and was just as dominate pitching.  Like I said I don’t know how you leave off the 3a Baseball player of the year last year when he put up better numbers.  I know Greeneville’s Coach wasn’t happy about it saying “I don’t give a s*** what anybody else says. That kid is the best player in Tennessee, and everybody else on our team rises to his level“.  I’m sure winning another State Championship as a junior is more important to Carson than the individual award, it’s just a head scratcher to not be nominated
    • What coach in their right mind would want to come here and set theirself on fire to keep her warm.
    • Shoulder not going to the #### show .   Macon will name the score this year.
    • Plenty of time. The former coach was busy with family and disappeared all summer anyway. Obvious choice has the same family issues. First game is in March 2025.
