As far as foolish people, its best to just ignore um. We didn't have a thing to prove to anyone, just a bunch of kids ,living a dream. Pujo, #9 is a stud. Wish he could have gotten more snaps. Hoped for a different outcome, but water under the bridge. As you said, back to work, get ready to go again. Hope to see you down the road somewhere. Take care, pal. They would beat Hampton. Im not trying to be disrespectful just calling it like I see it. The state championship in 2a was played 3 weeks ago in Martin when MAHS came to town. Just my opinion. Everyone has one True that everyone has their opinion and in my opinion that Simpson kid is phenomenal and I do think we will see him quite often on Saturdays. Another opinion WV would not have made it to BC Bowl without Simpson. And I do have a fact that precious metals in the form of silver is on the rise during this horrible inflation so Silver is not all that bad. Not throwing shade, I’m sure his season numbers a very impressive and if I could got I’d likely vote for him. Just a question.

There are multiple scenarios where this game is much closer. Riverside. RIVERSIDE, was head of Westview at halftime and had 18 points. Riverside was scoreless against Forrest at the half and finished with 15 points. It's all meaningless. Saying this or that team would've beaten Hampton- it's just stupid. It's pointless. They weren't there. They didn't make it to the game. Hampton did. If Hampton has 4-5 plays go their way its a nailbiter. Anyone who understands football will get that. I'll name an example 5. The two dimes #6 threw, the coverage was a not bad. They were 1 on 1 and could've gone incomplete, a pick, etc. Hampton's fumble, the disastrous series inside the 5 right before half. The two picks. That's 6, #6 killed more with his feet but when you give up TWO dimes back to back you leave that open. They panicked more on defense than they did offense. But the drive before half they neglected to put their beef in and run right at Westview and I am not sure why. Super Bowls are often blowouts. They are the highest of high adrenaline games. The biggest emotional crashes come in these type games too. Dissing Hampton's body of work, including a come from behind against Trousdale, who could hang with any team in 1A or 2A, is foolish. Spot on General. Different scenarios were present in all the games leading up to the one that mattered. A call or turnover here and there can change the outcome of a game. You either get that break or your on the other side of it. You explained it a lot better than I could’ve. Congratulations to both teams

TheLongestYard
Does anyone know when Mr Football voting has to be turned in? Do they vote again once the finalists are trimmed down to 3?

We’ll let Hampton decide who was the best QB of the two of them. Nevermind Myers isn’t in final three
