That’s one thing that stands out to me, I’d rather average the top 5 or 10. One huge school could really throw off the counts.

I would also.Average .One school over 3000 students could make things worse.

Top 10 from last time. Collierville alone brings the 3A/4A divide to 1432.

If you average the top 10 according to the last cycle, the cutoffs are: 3A - 1166, 2A - 583, 1A - 292. Average the top 5 and the cutoffs are: 3A - 1255, 2A - 628, 1A - 314.

If the cutoff was 292 there wouldn't be enough 1A schools

If its at 291 with all the young talent at LC,middle school.Be hard to beat.
