4 classes with common opponents in most sports close to one another makes $$$ sense. Interesting and I don't hate it.  Will CoachT delete the 5A/6A forum or the 3A/4A?

I like it.But instead of 359,I'd like to see it at about 375 or no more than 400.Im thinking 375 may bump Single and Double A to about equal number of schools.

I’d hate to be one of the teams moved up as an “exception.” 
 

They ought to release what this would look like based on the last available numbers. Then obtain this years enrollments ASAP. some schools always seem well behind.

I can't believe I'm typing this and it almost feels wrong to say but I agree with the tssaa's proposal.

In that proposal 2 and 3A will be absolute bloodbaths. I sure would hate getting thrown into that!

McKenzie released their enrollment numbers yesterday in the newspaper. We are up 20 students from same time last year.  In the high school, we have 358 students.  Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Do you think they will set everything in stone if they do this? Would they allow schools to move up to avoid other schools like in the past?

I saw that. All the football playing schools in Carroll went up except bruceton

Teams probably wouldn't want to play up as much with travel getting cut down and the classes will be much tougher

Yes from what I see and to stay under the 75 percent mark,and putting last 6 largest 1A schools in AA,looks like that would include McKenzie if they do that

4 classes sounds fine but they need to put even amount of teams in each class.

Yep.  How do they figure enrollment?  Isn't it the last 4 years average or something like that? I can't remember.
