Enrollment Numbers

Keep drinking  that sour tasting Kool aid they are giving you down there. Numbers don't lie look at populations for each 1a towns and when you realize that Trenton, Mckenzie, and Fayetteville are double the size of all 1a teams then maybe your senses might come back and say wow we went from being a 2a powerhouse to a 1a stepping stone.

To be fair to McKenzie they truly are a school that teeters between 1 and 2A. They have since I was in school. Their inflated population comes from Bethel College.

Apparently you didn’t check the population either. Trenton has 1000 more people than Dresden not quite the double you are claiming. 
peabody won three 3 state championships in a row being the smallest 2a school

So you don't pull any numbers from outside Trenton? Tell me kids that should go to bradfotd or surrounding Scholls don't come to Trenton? No your outside city limits definitely doubles most 1a schools. All I am saying is don't punish the Kids because they live in a area that has less talent because another area should be playing up. One question should any if the three teams I listed be in 1a ?

Dresden- 325

McKenzie - 335

Trenton - 375

This just my opinion.I really like Lake Co playing Trenton,wish they were still playing Dresden and South Fulton.Like playing UC.And wouldn't mind if McKenzie and Hunt were in the other side of the bracket.Know Hunt is AA.I know some schools are smaller than Lake Co but if these teams go AA,who is left? Bruceton?Gleason?Greenfield?South Fulton? Think Lake Co has fared pretty well over the years.Not be just handed an easy state title run if these teams leave.I don't know why these other schools the size of LC haven't done as well?But I'd rather lose to these teams,than beat a team by 50 points every game.Again.Just my opinion.Just wherever TSSAA puts a team.Play ball.

The number that the whole proposal is based off of is the largest school in the state.  Once that number is known, everything else falls into place.

Couldn't agree more  when I played there were fewer classes and you had to also compete against the private schools nobody complained you just played ball. Bottom line you are either good or your not. There are several 3A, 4A, and  a few 5A schools in the state that would get their buts handed to them going against Trenton, LC, or McKenzie.
