Ive seen it before.  The Qb is protected, punter and long snapper.  Both teams had a few bone head plays.  I think LC will run the table except Haywood.  But I respect them for scheduling such a good and but I respect you for scheduling such a good and big opponet.  That is what pays off during playoff time.  I hope we can meet again.  Ya'll gave us a real scare.  So many athletes. I got to run now but like Arnold would say" I'll be Back"

I hope they meet again.Havent seen what Mase did last night. Also looks like Dresden is a top contender.Mckenzie game should be a great game.

Two very evenly matched teams in my opinion. I thought the difference in the game was that Lake Co made more mistakes than Peabody. Refs didn't do Lake Co any favors either. That no call that should have been pass interference in front of the Falcon bench I thought was crucial. Reciever clearly had the db beat when he tripped him. How in the heck did Union City beat a talented like yall that bad?

We had several pass interference calls that should have been called on lc. One the kid threw his arms up and never turned around on the ball. Another one their db had our receivers jersey stretched out you could see it from the stands no call so no calls were probably even

If our running back and 3 year starting mlb wasn’t injured I think we beat them by more. It really hurts having him out but lake county definitely has a good team.

So what's the consensus?

Peabody down from years past?  Lake Co better than some think?

A lil of both?  None of the above?

Donald our # 2 reciever out , Driggers still hurt Burkett our best player out it’s easy to figure out ! Tide will be fine , gotta grind out Ws till we are healthy though !

Peabody has injuries kinda been a cascade. Qb playing but not 100%. Our best linebacker/runningback injured. Back up qb/receiver/runningback injured. Looked like we had defensive tackle go down against lake county not sure if it’s serious or not. We have a good team just got to get healthy.

I think Trenton is down a little.LC probably is also at the moment.Could be new coach adjustments. Both teams still good but Trenton was talking how great their line play is but LC offensive line did ok.Dont Remerber Ceasar getting mauled passing. Both teams should be better by end of season.Union City in my opinion is best team we played by far.

    • Jason Lambert should be the only choice for the Baseball coaching position.
    • From the stats I found online it looks like Gabe Eddington- .484, 44 total hits, 43 runs scored and 42 stolen bases.Meanwhile, on the mound, the Austin Peay commit had a record of 8-2, while compiling 50 innings pitched with an ERA of 1.82. Carson Parrott - 7-0 overall as a starting pitcher with a 1.41 ERA, 95 strikeouts and a save in 53 and 1/3 innings pitched. Parrott hit .392 with 3 home runs, 21 RBIs with a .566 OBP and .716 SLG. Jaxon Walker - .454, 53 hits, 38 RBI’s, 9 HRs.   Not saying the other three aren’t deserving but Quillen had better BA than all three and was just as dominate pitching.  Like I said I don’t know how you leave off the 3a Baseball player of the year last year when he put up better numbers.  I know Greeneville’s Coach wasn’t happy about it saying “I don’t give a s*** what anybody else says. That kid is the best player in Tennessee, and everybody else on our team rises to his level“.  I’m sure winning another State Championship as a junior is more important to Carson than the individual award, it’s just a head scratcher to not be nominated
