who could have predicted, that forcing out the previous coach and then forcing out the AD to hire the previous coach as the AD, would lead to a situation where the New coach was forced out?

Given the new region setup, at least the semifinals should be a 3 out of every 4 year occurrence.

  "I was pulled into a mtg this morning by administration and basically informed that the direction of the program was not what they want. I’m very much heartbroken over this. I love you guys and Oak Ridge. I in no way want to leave you. But sometimes in life two sides can’t see eye to eye and things happen. I’m willing to fix any and all issues needed but not going to happen unfortunately. 
This year has been wild. We’ve practiced off campus all year, went thru numerous challenges with injuries, etc. But along the way grew as a team and as men. I’m proud to have been your coach and I wish I still was. Once my guys always my guys. I wish we could have had a team mtg so you could see my passion for you but we weren’t afforded that. For that I’m sorry. You deserve to be told in person. I love you all."
