Well after catching up reading 15 pages ill say this from what I've got from the last posts.

zonepirate is hilarious, but still a South Pitt fan.

Stop with the name calling, I don't want this thread to close.

Temple is screwed, whether if its for the Skogens kids tuition, recruiting, etc.

Could there possibly be more information that hasn't came out yet?

Guess we will see in the next few weeks.

Yea, I'm on a roll today...Football Friday

Yes there is more information that could come out..it is still a work in progress

I dint say they beat them in a gam e that matter I said they won more games in the series than temple has and yes I am a Temple hater but at the same time Im not going to let that cloud my judgement of the situation. People at CSAS know me and they know I would bash them if they were doing the same things that have been alleged that Temple has done. OH yeah CSAS and Temple have not always been in different conferences as you say. They actually used to be in the same district

Yes I know this, hints the "for a while", please try to keep up. It was the "Old District 4", the most competive district I have ever watched.

I think he is actually real, real close to the situation and not as a coach

this is perfectly consistent with you as a poster and most everything else on here---people just make stuff up....good try though -i know alot because I know other coaches and some ex-coaches who are close to old templeites who keep with stuff- I have no authority no say and have never talked to a full-time temple employee or a tssaa employee for that matter

which is why I wish to protect the achievements of the kids...and most of those kids almost all- were seniors and left.....

I do not think that it works that way. Yes they will always know that they are champions (which they are), but if the titles are stripped they will be more remember for that. It is nice to show your kids a banner not tell them about it.

Here's the problem with that - it was illegally gained AND it means that the kids who should have been competing for those honors and awards - the ones who followed the rules - didn't get to.

Name one player on Temple that broke a rule. And, anyone that thinks they don't have a chance is exactly right, not because of the circumstances but because of the attitude. I am not saying Temple should go unpunished, but the finger must be pointed in the right direction, at former coaches not at the players.

Let's remember on thing. Any player for Temple played on a team. If a team member, administrator, coach, trainer, player, manager or anyone else assoicated with the team, breaks a TSSAA rule, then the team pays the price. If the school burns down, then the team is affected. If the school closes because of finicial woes, then the team is affected.

You win as a team.

You face hardship as a team.

You take your medicine as a team.

If one player is ineligable are they all ineligable, if the coach gets a raise does the assistant coach get a raise. Not all curcumstances are so cut and dry, in this case it seems that those in fault slipped out right before the bill came.
