I agree with you guys. We are SP! Good luck to coach except when they play SP, but we have a season to get ready for. SP has much work to do. We have a very difficult schedule and several holes to fill. I believe it will take awhile for the team to gel. This team must stay healthy because it has zero to little depth. We won't be as talented as last year's team but I believe the kids will work together as a team better than last season. Tyner scrimmage is at home. I was told they weren't going to Bradley this year either so Tyner might be the first look we get.

Glad to see you back!!

Personally I could care less who left and for what reasons. We are SPHS with or without them. South Pittsburg shouldn't be even close in a poll with UC.. but by the end of the year who knows. We live for the Playoffs. so win 10 Games or 6 Games South Pittsburg will have to be delt with come November! ! PS Maion cnty Schools will probably have Archery Teams ver soon if the Teachers can certified

Geno is right about SP will always be SP whether we have 10 coaches, 4 coaches, 50 players or 30 players. All I know is an angry bunch of Bell County Bobcats will be here four weeks from tonight. They don't care who we have or don't have so SP better be ready to play. Lots of work to do in the next month.

Dad burnit Barney, Yous done and went and done a bad thing, Yous got to knows by now you never, ever tell folkes Geno is right......Us skillet heads know he will be looking for a HEEP of back patting now! Edited by OLD PIRATE

I was reading in my Murphy Fair book a little about our boys this year.  I saw that Elledge boy is back this year for his senior year.  I was talking to this man at Ronnies red eye about him and he said he took the season off last year to lift weights and get real big and strong for his senior season.  That man at Ronnies red eye said that Coen boy really got after him in 2012 at that Marshall mans field, so he took off last year to lift a lot of weights and get real fast.  Let me ask you another question.  Has that Moore man not been feeding our boys during the off season?  We have one boy that is over 250lbs.  What kind of mess is this?

Roy, I thought you had a Foodland connection.  Can't you use that connection to help that Moore man feed our boys?
