Time to move Alcoa to 6A

Off topic but does anyone know what ever happened to Alcoaspaintedbridge. He used to post on here all the time but haven't seen him.

If Alcoa was 6A their Region would be Maryville, and then William Blount, Heritage, Cleveland, Ootlewah, and Bradley Central.  not much of a step up in competition

Alcoa's Current Region

Austin East

Northview Academy

Gatlinburg Pittman

Pigeon Forge

Scott County

Kingston

Think that 6A region is better Cleveland, Ootlewah, Bradley and McMinn County is also in that region.  Most of these teams would have problems with William Blount. Heritage is down.

William Blount and Heritage won't schedule 3A teams from region 2, they like to travel across a couple of counties to get 4A schools.

The last time I spoke with APB in person, he had, "retired" from the T. He had a very logical reason for doing so due to changes I observed in his role as a fan. He certainly did nothing wrong, and I always enjoyed visiting with APB and a number of other Alcoa fans back in the day, even though sometimes we disagreed. Good guy(s).

Thanks govols I just didn't know if something had happened to him or not. I enjoyed his post even when I disagreed with him. Good guy.

There is an APB on twitter. I don't know if it's him or not. He is still around and still checks in to the T. I know him personally.
