I've seen Greeneville play maybe 6 times over the last couple of years. They're so physical and do so many things on offense that its hard to load up to stop any one thing because Ballard is just a super high school QB with many more weapons at his disposal than just Hite and Goddard. 

Defensively they are big and really get after you. Dobyns-Bennett had an excellent power running game at the 6A level and couldn't muster anything more than a FG on them. Add to it that this (Blue Cross Bowl) is old hat to the Greeneville staff and players, so I'll go with Greeneville by 3 TD, and that's being conservative.  

I'd take a one point win .

Barb, a lot of folks, including myself tried to tell the Maplewood people what was about to happen but they just wouldn't listen. I get them having confidence in their team but I'm a realist.

Greeneville has that effect on a lot of good teams. I was a bit surprised at how rattled Hodges was...

I think I will come join this thread as one of my Haywood Co. homies that also went to Tech with me may let me Ride with him Thursday so I actually have a chance to see this game! I got plenty of Haywood Co folks that I know from Tech and other places from my undergraduate days so I'm here to lurk and get them good alerts. Good luck Tomcats. Why in the world would we Drive over 7 hrs one way for a game when we could play better teams in Charlotte and it be a 4 hr drive?
