Two weeks to heal and prepare for a very good Meigs County Team. The biggest let down for me Friday night wasn’t the game getting canceled, it was the fact that my brother (piratemike) was finally fee

Playing 4 qtrs both ways and getting hit all night absolutely took its toll on him. That’s not a knock at the young man either, anyone playing that much is going to get beat on. He had some good runs

Just a reminder fellas since the first link is buried about 70 pages deep.   We'll be live today at 4:30. (central time)  South Pittsburg is also on Central time correct??  I'd suggest you go ahead and subscribe to the channel now so you can set a reminder for when we go live today!   Remember, we'll have both Head Coaches on with us pregame.   You won't get that anywhere else.   Thanks again to those who have already subscribed!

This should be a good one. Meigs controls the clock really good, Swafford and Meadows are the primary runners but they have others that do a really good job. They fall forward for plus yards and it starts to wear teams down later in games. But if SP’s defense can slow down the running game Meigs can throw it, they just haven’t had to very much this year. 33-21 Meigs

      TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
