1. Peabody

3. Trousdale

4. Watertown

5. Somebody west of the river

6. Rockwood/ Oneida

7. Tyner/ Marion

8. Nobody else relevant ?? Prove me wrong

until someone proves otherwise this is how I see it. Watertown may be most talented but haven’t proven can win in crunch time. Trousdale and Meigs have played back to back classic semifinal games.

I would think Lewis County, McKenzie, Waverly, Eagleville, Fairley, and not Forrest would be some other teams in the west that could have good years.

Fair enough, but remember H2O was mostly a sophomore/ junior dominated team last year. We only had six seniors who contributed on offense and defense.

Totally agree but— a team that just keeps getting to quarterfinals becomes a team stuck in quarterfinals. This could be breakout year OR fallback.

Don't know much about them. Just know those were some schools in the west that fielded good teams last year.

They barely fielded a team until Robinson showed up. They lost 22 seniors on a team of 36. I haven’t even heard of they have hired a new coach now that Robinson has left

Well we did only lose 16 seniors, 9 starters on O and 10 on D or something like that. We should be good to go.

For some reason I thought you all had a young team last year. My bad,  the Indians will be tough like they are most years.  Did the big boy upfront graduate?  He was a monster!

    • Tough situation.  Not sure the ROI is there right now.   Might be better options that are cheaper.
    • Yeah summer ball is really fun, but a lot of coaches are trying to play several kids to get much needed reps that they are not accustomed to. I would imagine Gibson County will have lots of players playing to get much needed reps. Want to win games but got to get experience as well and the rotation will be much deeper. I will be at MTSU, UTM Bethel and others. MTSU is the one I really look forward to.
    • So who are the new additions to the staff? Serious answers only please.
    • Its always interested to see the state teams the following summer after losing or not losing seniors and getting freshman and transfers. It's almost time.
    • Maryville has Alcoa on the schedule at the right time of the season which helped last year instead of at the first of the year not knowing much. West will be hard pressed to repeat this year but next will be a different story.
