I am praying this is the day we have big breakthroughs. They are gonna also try to get him back in the vaportherm so please be in prayer that Mike is able to transfer from bypap without his oxygen dropping too low . Overall a pretty good night ! Praise God! Send my best to them. Never met him but he has been heavy on my heart for days now. Still praying him and his loved ones up every day. Thank you for the update.

Such great news!  Having a husband who battled a stint in the hospital from COVID last year, my thoughts and prayers are with his wife and family!

This was from his wife an hour ago:

They have turned Mikes oxygen down to 95 and he is still doing good with it . His oxygen is staying 95-97 and heart rate is in the mid to high 70 which is great considering where he has been last few days . The dr said his lungs have had some small improvements . Today has been a good day . Not leaps and bounds but with Gods grace the small steps will add up and he will be home soon. Thank you! His is so good !!

Great news! I had been wondering how Mike was doing since Lee posted about it on the FME Facebook page. I just found this thread tonight and am so glad there has been improvement in Mike’s condition. Prayers from Springfield for Mike and his family!!

Update from 45 min ago from Mikes wife:

Mike is still on 80% oxygen and going good they have also reduced the rate that the bypap pushes oxygen into the lungs making in own lungs do more lo of the work And he is doing well with it . He is doing physical therapy now and doing pretty good! The dr is happy with the improvements and thinks he is starting to heal inside. He has also had the hiccups all day they have finally gave him meds to stop them . Please continue to pray he has a long way to go but with Gods mercy we are on the way to getting better. Thank you!
