Absolutely. Leaving for personal issues or family matters would be one thing, but just bailing in the middle of the season for a better opportunity is extremely unprofessional. If that was the man in charge of my kids, I would be glad he was gone, and hopefully replaced with a better role model.

Let me ask you a question.  Will this Jones man be considered as one of the winningest coaches ever with a .1000 winning percentage at 1-0? That Charlie Bill man that coached back in the 40’s never lost a game either.  Im not joking either.

I know about the 5 years as far as TSSAA, but at the end of the day the Marion County School Board has a say in it as well….I think.
