I got to give some of my boys a good pep talk this evening.  They've watched a lot of film and they respect the jackets and especially little Henry.  Our DE just smiled and said he knew what they would try to do to him. The boys welcome the challenge.

You would have kids show up to school an hour early to lift weights and he couldn’t even show up to unlock the door half the time. He would talk bad about the town and would tell the kids it was a stepping stone job. I guess it was a stepping stone to a middle school coaching job.
