This looks like the old big east conference. I loved that league it was much tougher than the IMAC. Can't wait to put one on the old govs! Much more of a challenge for db and SH also.

I think you will find the bears won't be putting one on the Govs anymore. We always played each other on week 0 and our old ball coach never had our boys ready by week 0. An ill prepared and poorly coached team facing a good team early in the season will always spell disaster.

The one problem i see is the number 1 seed in the east region could possibly play 4 middle tennessee teams before the final.

So when did the TSSAA start catering to just the largest 32 teams? This plan is going to kill the teams in lower classification due to increase travel times which will result in smaller gates.

 

It seems to me, this plan was catered to a certain number of schools and the majority of schools will suffer. With all the time the TSSAA has they could not come up with a better plan?

 

Why not go back to 5 classifications. Create the public/private split. Have three private divisions so you still have your 8 state champions and the TSSAA can make their money.
