For the Pirates, lost by three scores and had 3 turnovers. But the bright side is that all 3 times the Pirates were driving the ball. Clean up the mistakes and those three turnovers can become the three touchdown difference in the game.

It seemed like we had 5 turnovers. Did we only have 3?

Whitwell has just as  good of a team as I thought they did. However, I think the Pirates can play better in the rematch. 4-5 turnovers vs a team like Whitwell. You will lose most of the time.

Whitwell definitely took advantage of every turn over which is exactly what good teams do! 

Pitates will get things straightened out and if the rematch happens, might be a different game!

It was 3. Did seem like more though. We had a couple of passes that almost ended up in Whitwell's hands, and we bobbled the ball a couple of times, but only three went to the other team.

I am so proud of our Tigers! I knew they were mentally there. I live with a boy that was never scared of the Pirates and neither were his teammates. This is a completely different team than last year with great leadership. I was quite amazed that so many Pirate fans left so early. The majority of us Whitwell fans if not all stayed last year in the playoff game.
