That's the way the playoffs have been for them. Yes and it would have bounced off the upright too!
RidinSplinters
Cville by far the better complete team but I can't get over the way both teams fought their tails off and Whitwell just kept fighting. Cville coaching staff should walk back home for that clock management, goodness gracious

wildcat89
Cville would have been better off if Whitwell had scored on that goal line stop, they'd had better field position and more time to work

Those kids fought their tail off & it’s a shame that the mismanagement of the clock at the end put them in the situation that it did. As a coach, it’s your job to put your kids in the best position to succeed & it was evident that it was not done during the closing minute of this game. Cornersville was moving the ball well too. I hate to offend anyone but the head coach handled that very poorly.
wildcat89
The only positive for me is WC scored 26 while Whitwell, Huntingdon and LC scored 22 combined lol

Cville coaching staff should walk back home for that clock management, goodness gracious Nothing wrong with the coaches clock management. They drove the ball 50 plus yards into the wind at the end of the game. They overcame 4-5 penalties against them. They also overcame two blatant personal fouls by Whitwell against them that were not called. They lost some time after the clock started on an offensive penalty but officiating was more a factor in that 4th quarter than clock management.
