41-0 at one point. MJ Starters against the 3’s...

Would like to see Hville vs Beech at this point of the season.. Maybe we wouldn’t see a dropped punt scoop-and-score this time around. Oh well.

6A and 5A region titles stay in Hendersonville. Even in the good old Gallatin comeback year.

Gallatin still thumped that butt. But congrats on the region title. Gallatin went 5-0 against that 6A region

Mondo is a happy guy.  Thanks to our coaching staff for a great plan going in tonight and thanks to the players for dominating a pretty good football team.  Our offensive and defensive lines had their best 4 quarters of football all year.  Stafford, Chandler, Spurrier, Rowe and Ellis all ran very hard making big plays all night.  Our QB Hohenbrink made a lot of key yards running the ball and had a huge TD pass to Chandler.  Our defense did a good job limiting their running game and didn’t let Bowen hit any big ones.  Winning a region championship after some of our heartbreaking losses this year is pretty sweet.  Now will try to watch the replay on NFHS network.  It will be worth the money.

I knew that was a good offense when they ran the ball on Gallatin.  Congratulations!

You wouldn’t want to see that. Beech is much better than when you played them last time. Wouldn’t be close this time around.

    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
