So Maryville has won 6 out of the 11 6A State Championships , with 3 runner ups and not making it to the Championship game twice .... and we have a few fans on here ... we don't brag a lot but we do defend our team ... I'm not sure if some other fans would be as Humble if their team had done what Maryville has .

After carefully reading Mr. Rankin's worksheet at Alcoa I find that Alcoa's record against Maryville All-Time is 24-65-3 for a 26.9  winning percentage. Before he came to Alcoa they were 21-54-3 with a 28. winning percentage. Mr. Rankin has a 3-11 record against Maryville for a 21.4 winning percentage bringing down Alcoa's all-time percentage by 1.1%. As a Maryville fan I want to say please hang on to Gary long as you can. Especially after going for a 1st down at mid field, might have something to do with those 11 loses.

I watched the warren county game and they didn't pass much at all..so i think if we can shut down the run we stand a good chance.

So let me see if I got this right.  Rankin has beaten Maryville 3 times out of 15 tries, and Creasy has beaten them 3 times out of 6 times?  I bet Oakland people are glad that Alcoa didn’t hire Creasy.

Yes they can pass ! Horton is a 4 Star 6'3" Athletic , quick Receiver with great hands and has a highlight reel of remarkable catches . I think some of our fans who have watched a couple minutes of Oakland high lites and are down playing our Challenge needs to open their eyes !

Watched Storks videos of the Oakland games between Mt Juliet and Riverdale.  Oakland is very impressive.  People say Oakland is just a wingT team isn't seeing what I see.  I see a team that is very diverse.  It will be a great challenge for Maryville.

Have you not heard Gary say they are just a little bitty 3A school. Don't go comparing apples and oranges. They beat us one year that we were the 6A Champs so you can expound on that.
