Willie I respect what your saying but my coaches called me a lot worse when I messed up.Im taking shots at the oline as a whole instead of saying names.I also blame coaches way more than the players.W

Thanks for sharing and pointing this out Willie! I’m now a plus member and honestly had never paid attention. Pretty cheap price for fellowship and trash talking platforms. LOL

I’ve had a 5 Star Preps membership since Day 1. Anything to support high school sports since the Knoxville newspaper coverage is abysmal at best.

Your welcome Irish. I too have a year long 5StarPrep membership.

Before somebody comes on here and blast me for trying to tell them what to do, I know I did this CoachT+ thing in a clumsy manner. Wasn't my best effort or worst effort. 

Still I did manage to get out that you can become a +member for as low as a $1. Just try giving a little more.

I can’t imagine anyone blasting you for pointing the +membership out.  I waste much more money on frivolous stuff. Thanks again!

I started believing when they beat OR last year! Bradley ad already beat them handily twice this year... not counting a 60 point beat down this summer. Sydney Mains is gonna be special!

...Still no news on Assistant Coaches. It was January 5 when the word went out to keep an eye out for information. So far all we have gotten is word on the Catholic coach from Irish. My guess is some of you know stuff but have given your word not to say anything. I can respect that.

...Tee and the Bengals play Saturday at 4 PM against Las Vegas Raiders to open their drive to the Super Bowl.

The new regime is definitely friendlier to live-streaming of games.  Wouldn't be surprised at all if football is live-streamed next season.  Also, add Jason Martin to the assistant coach list.  He was on the staff at Halls.

it's James Branson.  If you're going to trash somebody at least get their name right.  lol

Robert Ayers is a fine strength and conditioning coach.  I feel good about having an All SEC and former NFL player on staff.   He is a great guy that relates well to today's kids.  I'm happy to have him.

      Way too early 1A favorites 2024

      Coalfield definitely isn't the same team they've had the past few years. They are still the favorites to make it out of their region because of their pitching. They have 1 arm that sits low to mid 80s and 2 other arms that are mid to high 70s with good off speed stuff. If you can avoid their top 3 bats in their lineup then you have a shot to beat them. Their 4-9 hitters are average at best. Wartburg's ace was able to shut them down last week in the game Wartburg won 4-2.

      It is the longest season. Plus, 30 games a year. No Christmas break. I would say basketball is the most time consuming.

      Winfree's senior year was the season she needed to secure more college interest. That opportunity was taken away from her. A lot of false assumptions can be made about what happened and what the options are. Unfortunately, the former coach and administration did not allow Winfree to have due process. A lawsuit was filed for a reason, and it will run its course by people who conduct discovery and take depositions. Unless the parties settle out of court, a lot of the pertinent issues will come to the public surface. The real questions are why was Winfree dismissed from the team, and why the administration backed a coach whom they did not rehire.
