Dang, Chastain has took it to another level as I hear it. Cant wait for someone else to start talking. I am sure they will. Again I suspect this to bleed over to other schools. There is so much fence jumping going on down there its hard to keep up with.. Maybe this may calm some of it down.

I read in the paper today and it sounds like Temple is going to have some major problems.

Chastain was pretty much telling it all before it comes out. TSSAA was investigating and he knew it. Some issues may not have enough evidence in the end but what they have already is overwhelming. I hope theTemple guys realize that this is the worst case scenario I was talking about. Brentwood was a bunch of boy scouts compared to this. The TSSAA will slam the Temple Admin at some point. It is far from being over. Phone calls are coming in daily

I dont know, a kid in state custody?? If only his relatives can pay tuition, who paid it? The state? They would be considered his guardians at the time. Otherwise its a scholarship. Another thought to discuss. Like I say everytime someone speaks another door opens.

Not only will everything be stripped from this past season, but the fines could be so severe, and temple soooo not able to pay them, that the ENTIRE SCHOOL COULD CEASE TO EXIST...temple will probably be on probation in everything for at least 2 years....basketball players have said they are leaving as have a few football players....to Temple and her fans I say

 

"You had a great run- sad to see certain people's names drug around on a board like this.....you kids were amazing with what you accomplished...if you want to blame anyone you blame the present administration and a lack of understanding of the rules....basically you screwed yourselves, but it was fun to watch that school in her prime....kids way to go...administration- go away..."

Two years salary for the AD position should cover any TSSAA fines. It doesn't look like they will need an AD for the next couple years.If Dan Wadley is implicated in this, would it affect him at McCallie?

THe kid didn't end up at Temple. The issue is contact, which is prohibited by law and since he lived in Ga. and was contacted by Temple people in Tenn. it's a federal offense, apparently.
