Did I misread this?! You are saying global warming is "empirically verified by all credible scientific data"?? That is an outright lie. Correct me if I misunderstood this quote. All?! How could you even post such a thing? Really weird.

You did not misread this. Global warming has been verified by all CREDIBLE scientific data. Climate-deniers are an extreme, diminished numerical minority. They are not taken seriously by any established scientific organization worldwide. And remember, science relies on established facts. But we digress...

Wow....shocking that you would post this and then double down! It speaks for itself. Unbelievable.

Thank you lefties for the occasional comic relief in an otherwise serious discussion about the effects of this virus on Tennessee high school football.

Just want to thank you for taking the time to explain your reasoning and position. One solid "fact" that sort of supports your research... WBBJ (Jackson, Madison County) news segment last night reported that Madison Co.'s mask mandate (everyone required to wear a mask, even outdoors) was into it's fourth week. CV-19 confirmed cases are rising at the highest rate to date. Combine those two statements and the only logical derivative is that masks do not contain the spread of the virus.

Thank You and I appreciate the information About WBBJ.

Here is a must watch educational documentary for everyone who wants to watch?  It’s 4 parts combined into one.  Listen carefully and pay attention.  Watch ASAP before it’s suppressed/removed.  Remember everyone needs to do their own research regardless of the subject.  Chew on this and decide for yourselves.

    • Northview was very impressive last year. I think their draw cost them last year. They played South Side and Dyersburg and then Heritage. South Gibson, South Side and Dyersburg only two will go from the west. Will be a dogfight for sure. Like I said earlier, if South Gibson don't learn to score they won't make it to state. Will be interesting for sure.
    • Worst thing SC could do is get rid of Dyer. I agree with everything said above.
    • Jada Hart, Jasmine Bailey and Kaitlyn Patterson the first two being PG's are all good guards and can handle ball pressure and are good players. Raven Wells will be a good post. There were games this summer where any one of the one's I mentioned were in double figures. Gibson County will control TO's much better this year and they will press more and get back to playing faster. AA is down across the board. I have been all over watching ball. Alcoa jumped to AAA and Jackson County moved down. to A. No telling who wins it this year. I agree Union City, Westview and Gibson County will be a dogfight and must see basketball. Poster insuated that Gibson County has a mental block against Westview. Well give me Maddie Gray and we line up last year and they wouldn't have won a game. Let's see how Westview does this year. Their starting five last year had three transfers in it. Rogers from Obion, Trevathon from Greenfield and Gray from South Fulton. Looks like they swung and missed with the girl from Florida this year so let's see how they do playing with kids from Westview. Gibson County has a really good 7th grade class this year.I have done learned you play with what you got and work them hard and develop them and see what happens. Just keep battling and see what happens. I like our team this year. Very athletic. Every year is the same with injuries and can be catistrophic to any. I watched GC all summer long. South Side and GC was very evenly matched and was a classic war.We had some quality wins this summer. Beat Huntingdon, Henry County, Bowling Green, Liitle Rock Central as well as a couple other quality Kentucky Teams. Westview's talent pool may not be what it has been without transfers the next few. And as far as Wilkins riding off into the sunset, where do y'all seem to think he will leave?? Wilkins is a healthy dude and he loves basketball and loves coaching. I wouldn't be suprised if he coaches a few more years. He loves the game and loves every minute of coaching.
    • I think Gibson County is a top five team this next season but I do agree they will drop off a lot after this year.  Westview lost a ton and will be down this season and hopes of returning to glass house again is slim.  The run they have had is super impressive!
    • My take on GC for this year: Based on what I saw last year and heard this summer, I’m not sure GC could surprise me next year with any outcome. Wilkins is a great coach - they could win the district and region and go to Murfreesboro. They could also come in third in the district and not get out of region. The two returning starters are very talented but Guru is right that they didn’t always play hard last year. The other three starters are good enough in their roles for GC to be successful. There is no depth. Foul trouble could be a problem - Wilkins may avoid it by playing a lot of zone. An injury would be catastrophic. I hope they have a big year and Wilkins rides off into the sunset in Murfreesboro because, without some significant transfers, there are some tough years coming in the next few.
