Huntingdon is going to have to throw the ball a lot more moving into the region they are going into.  My contact over there is saying either a freshman or sophomore but no names. Still undecided.

Talked to two of the Rebels tonight.  They said it wasn’t even close. Huntingdon used 3 different QB’s.

I would change Coalfield with GB.It pains me to say it but it is what it is.We lost a very talented player in #4 who also would be a Soph this year.He started as an eighth grader and had good games in 19 against SP and LC.He as Bubba Jeffries the Stud underclassmen lineman who left first of last year has also transferred to Alcoa.In my opinion a terrible transfer for him.He is a small kid who matured early but is going into place FULL of skill players who are already sitting the bench waiting to play for a team who is Run 90% of the time.As for GB going thru the transition of a VERY UNPROVEN Coach who hasnt had success any where he has been will be hard to get over any obstacles in our way.We are Soph and Eighth grade heavy so the future DID look good.Now we are in a wait and see situation.I pray the previous staff can guide this guy and he will learn how to win early.The jury is out on us right now!!

You think coalfield will be that good this year? Man I hope so they had as rough an off season as anyone I can remember.

They were decent at 7 v 7. They return alot as well. Should be better than last year if the kids will get behind the new coach. The Coalfields qbs dad told me that info. Nice guy.

I have been a bit of a Coalfield fan since they went to the GoldBall game years ago ! Blue collar little school with kids that work hard ! What’s not to love

Was it 2014 -2013 they made it with like 24 players or something like that. I thought it was awesome myself
