I think your solution of screaming at the refs from the table most definitely is not the solution lol. it’s the same with any sporting competition. There’s bad calls. It’s just gonna happen. The refs are human and they’re just interpreting the action they see. Losing your mind over it isn’t going to change anything though. all that said, my opinion on the call in the 126 final is that it was the correct call.

Thank you to whomever brought our club up, we do it for the kids, not the message boards. We’d rather not be brought into whatever forum argument is happening. There are a lot of good youth clubs in the state. We are just happy to be mentioned.

I was certain as the Jrs took the mat, things would change and as the MS takes the mat tomorrow, it will expand. An exceptional group of kids. I was just recognizing Blackman as no o e gave them any love in earlier posts. Workman and the Blackman group have built something solid. Yes their numbers are big but that’s awesome and speaks volumes for their support and what they are doing to help make TN better. Good luck to Trey and the really great group of JRs y’all have!!!

Yes, it is way too early but you have until 7PM ET (6 CT) on August 23 (or maybe the 22nd) so, no excuses. The games chosen right now are from the ones currently in our schedule for Week One. There will be others added as we move along. Games are chosen by using last year's records until Week Three when we begin using the current season's records. I agree. Their height gave us trouble. White co probably the best team in AAA. I kind of feel bad for them but that’s high school basketball. They should have held for the last shot though. You guys kind of blew this one.

Regarding this hire by Lexington. Carr did not seek out Lexington. The Tigers went Carr shopping. An offer, with a substantial pay increase was made. Carr gave Milan the opportunity to meet, beat, or just get reasonably close the the Tiger Town offer. The management at The Purple Puppy Palace declined the opportunity. I've been told that the inside politics at Milan can be difficult to deal with. Funny thing is, I've heard the same thing about politics in Tiger Town as well.

The talent pool in Milan is as shallow as it’s been in 30 years. Anyone who has followed there middle school program the past 4 years knows this. They are in trouble and Carr knew it. Thats why he is gone. The cubbard is bare and they would have try to pin it on him next year. So he just beat them to the punch.

Ty Cobb is a really good player. Best thing about him is he is a team player. He could shoot the ball every time they have the ball but doesn’t. He is a team player and very unselfish. Going to get better each year.

hite Co will go as far as Reed and Jones take them. Best chance to beat white co is get one or both of them. Reed getting in foul trouble early and fouling out so early in the 4th hurt them tremendously against Upperman. I’m a Upperman fan and White Co has a really good team. They our in the top of the state tournament bracket really hurts them. Dyersburg and south side our both in the top bracket. They also have a really good team. White Co has a really good coach and he is a really good person. If Upperman can’t win the state tournament. That is a tall order for Upperman they have a young team. Dana has the girls playing really well. I will be supporting white co to win the tournament.

And just for a one time not so long ago for instance. When you were at CMS stuffing your face with free food in the hospitality room you commented to one of the moms working the room that “I’m just here to see Cleveland loose”. Do you really thing everyone didn’t know that happened in less than 30 min? Or is that just me being ignorant??? There was a time in which we were chasing cleveland down back in the Boyd days and AAU but those are long over and I have nothing but respect for the cleveland program. We train with them off and on I do not pull against them. Just because the score shows that Blackmon leads at this point, doesn’t mean I won’t be pulling g for tray, corderos , Maddox , Tracy , rock and several others!! You have no clue!!!

Believe me …: I take nothing away from what Cleveland’s staff does but you started this as this Tx was going to start so as of now… Blackmon leads from tots, banter and midgets and you can’t even acknowledge them. Will cleveland probably pull away…I would expect it but k-5… Blackmon leads!

May want to add Blackmon in as they are leading the AAU state as of 2:30 pm and 18 points ahead of Cleveland and rabbit trained is just 25 points back from Cleveland.

Those are incomparable circumstances in my opinion but I get where you're coming from. I just disagree, respectfully. The way I see it.. If you're paid with public dollars, then you can't get sore when the public has an interest in where their money is going. Not even considering a players and parents vested interest in the situation.

You're comparing a million dollar business in college football where coaches make millions dollars off rumors (example: Mike Norvell rumored to leave Florida State for Alabama. FSU gave him a well deserved pay raise.) You're saying "they want their name out more times than not right" is pure speculation. I can't imagine Derek Carr's name to be rumored for the Lexington job on a message board. Thankfully, it appears that Lexington did a good enough job to try to keep that as privately as they could. There's not a Jimmy Sexton in High School football. Ripley isn't going to give Cruise a pay raise just because he "interviewed" at a 1A school..

Thank you. We feel the same way about all of your guys kids. Mattox, Kellen, Jakhai and Jaxon are the younger guys I know best and those kids are all amazing. Zac, Chase, Corderos, Fowlers… I love all those kids.
