Region 5 is gonna be a dog fight down to the final whistle. Fayetteville has clinched the #1 seed. Cornersville will clinch the #2 seed if they beat Huntland. Moore County, Huntland and Mt Pleasant to battle for the last 2 spots. Mt Pleasant has gone from being my favorite in preseason to win that region to maybe not making the playoffs. A few years ago they missed the playoffs with a winning record. I don't want to hear anyone crying from that side that says Mt Pleasant deserves to be in the playoffs. Region 2 - I'm not sure that Coalfield wins in OZ. I haven't made my Big Ones pick yet, but I might take the Bobcats. I'll reevaluate this one later in the week. It looks good though. Region 3 - I'm still not sure Whitwell can beat Valley. I think that they should though and I'm gong with you're same picks. I haven't seen them play together as a team yet in my four years of watching the Cornersville/MP games. As for spots 2-4 anyone's guess. MC is a good team, but did not expect them to beat Huntland. Cornersville will have a fight Friday night at Huntland for number 2. Hopefully can pull out the win. Gotta finish drives on offense.
