He has no friends, so it would be significantly hard for him to do something with people who are imaginary! Also for rasslinking(since you wanted to use that name on here and aren't smart enough to know Rasslin IS sports entertainment and wrestling is 2 different things) you named yourself that and if you are to dumb to know the difference maybe a new name would suite you best! There were plenty of people there that taped the match BESIDES the one that was shown on here and they just didn't post those on the internet to be removed. Also some people seem too blind to see things correctly (like the referee, his helper and plenty of others that watched the same video posted on here) and at that point I pray they don't drive with those same eyes! Some people also were able to watch it on NFHS network, I don't think it went down for everyone so Flowrestling wasn't the one to carry the match at that time. I paid for NFHS and it wouldn't allow me to sign into FLO to watch the matches. Pretty cool wrestlinggod you got to do that stuff outside of regular wrestling, especially considering many good actual wrestlers did pretty well in sports entertainment. Heck Cody Runnels (Rhodes) was a state champ down in Georgia and has made a very good living doing that backyard stuff LOL. Gordie Ray that wrestled at East Ridge did ok also and Brock Lesnar, so have plenty of others and also those now signed to developmental contracts from the NCAA pipeline!

Congratulations to Coach Mike Reynolds and the Jellico Blue Devils. They are making their school’s first ever state tournament appearance! They went on the road tonight and knocked off a tough University High team 65-59. Exciting times for their school and community I’m sure!

Absolutely correct. The mid Tennesseeers only complaining because even with all their millions in endorsements and bIg $$$$ boosters they aren’t winning. Lipscomb Christian Academy even tried the sneaking in a 5 * QB and it didn’t work. Who knows how many of their players been boarding over at them big High Rise dorms with the college people. When the pendulum swings back west boarding will be a dead issue.

For sure. I’ve been around TSSAA HS sports my whole life and I’ve always been told it’s “a blind draw” but every single year I get more and more evidence like this that proves that it’s not and they just plug teams where they want

One way or another West TN teams were gonna play each other because of the amount of West TN teams in the tournament. But I do agree you have to prepare the same way to try to go 3-0 no matter who you play. I think they should do a COMPLETELY RANDOM DRAWING on a live stream for EVERYONE to see. I’m from East TN so I 100% believe in the conspiracy that they rig some match ups in some sports haha

As for the podcast, we've gotten significantly more positive feedback than your negative review. I think we'll probably continue it into the next few years at least. Got some pretty cool ideas lined up with that too. And guess what? i get to do THAT with a good friend of mine too! Its a pretty sweet gig working with your friends, makes life a lot better. you should try it. maybe itll pull you outta whatever rut you're living in.

I mean you have 2 upper East Tennessee teams. Greeneville and Cocke County. The rest are Nashville and beyond. Kind of ridiculous they set the bracket before sub state was even played. They’re obviously going to put the two upper east Tennessee teams away from each other on opposite ends of the bracket. So it’s bound to happen with that many teams that far west in the tournament. Like stop feeding us this “blind draw” crap when everyone can see you have a system. Either by regaining matching or whatever it may be. But stop feeding us the blind draw crap

You are obviously clueless. Go watch their summer workouts and fall practices. They are open to the public. Then you will understand that you don't know what you are talking about. Student athletes want to go there so that they can be developed for a chance to play college ball. Not the other way around. They are NOT just loaded with D1 dudes. Most of them are from Blount county anyway. Alcoa has been dominant for nearly the entire 21st century but the transfers are more of a recent thing. Is it better to be the best player at Carter or AE and win 3-4 games a season or be a good player on a good team and have a chance to call yourself a champion? 5 playoff games a year times 4 is 20 extra games over your high school career to get tape, 20 extra weeks of development. And they make the players they have better, regardless of the innate ability or natural talent those guys have. Plus it is one of the top public school systems in the state. If I’m a player or parent its an easy choice.

This may be covered on a different thread and if so I apologize. I find it interesting that most of the west tn teams are playing each other in the first round. Especially in AAA, where four teams from west tn made the 8 team field and all four are playing each other in the first round. I guess that's coincidence???

The Vest is unstoppable. Can’t see anyone getting closer than 20-25 pts to them. Clarksville plays the weakest competition in the state. No fault of their own. Bartlett lost a bunch. In general AAAA is weak across the state this year except Bradley. Kids want to go there and I understand it.

Would love to see a Heritage/Upperman finals. We will see how good Heritage is when they don’t have that home cooking. No easy wins from here on out.

Regarding this hire by Lexington. Carr did not seek out Lexington. The Tigers went Carr shopping. An offer, with a substantial pay increase was made. Carr gave Milan the opportunity to meet, beat, or just get reasonably close the the Tiger Town offer. The management at The Purple Puppy Palace declined the opportunity. I've been told that the inside politics at Milan can be difficult to deal with. Funny thing is, I've heard the same thing about politics in Tiger Town as well.

I truly don’t think TSSAA purposely screws teams with the bracket. There is no benefit to TSSAA to putting the best teams on one side of the bracket. They don’t make more money by doing that. I don’t think they’ll ever go back to live draw with coaches in attendance. It was tough on coaches from far east TN and far west TN to drive up for the draw then go home just to drive back a couple days later. However, there is no reason for TSSAA not to livestream the draw to avoid any appearance of dishonesty

The bottom half of AA is well… let’s just say an easy route for the only decent team GP. Once again.. the “blind” draw is a scam.

Interesting points...I don't fault the school for appealing the decision...I can't take away a school or individuals right to due process. As for the Deuce deal as well as the text message those were just symptoms of a greater problem the TSSAA knew about and then could finally act on. Honestly I won't be critical of the "new" staff. Dilfer demoted the OC so he left years ago and I don't think the new head coach has returned with the same mindset. Also those coaches had to know sanctions were possible when taking the job. Additionally of note the AD that was at Lipscomb when Dilfer was hired left a few years ago (no comment) so a new leadership exists. Again the problem of Lipscomb football is far greater than two incidents. Of note none of the other programs at Lipscomb have been in trouble so this is confined to football. The new staff deserves a chance to right the ship but the mistakes from the past will linger.

I think your solution of screaming at the refs from the table most definitely is not the solution lol. it’s the same with any sporting competition. There’s bad calls. It’s just gonna happen. The refs are human and they’re just interpreting the action they see. Losing your mind over it isn’t going to change anything though. all that said, my opinion on the call in the 126 final is that it was the correct call.

Fix the problem easily. Do away with 3 classes in DII. Everyone over 400 goes up to AA and 399 and down goes down to A. Across the board. They are all recruiting and breaking the rules. Let them battle it out. Most are “Christian” based schools so we know they won’t cheat by sneaking players from out of state in and illegally housing them.

Same reason they don’t play in Football it’s a recruiting opportunity for one school and a no win scenario for Cookeville.
