So I talked to a good friend of mine the other day who is a long time poster on these boards and he helped me come to an understanding on some things. Because of that I won’t engage you anymore on this subject. So if you won’t to keep taking shots at Greenback, Milan or me have at it. However I do want to say something. I think our problem is we are a lot a like and that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. One I think we both love kids and want to see them succeed. I enjoy working with kids and don’t like seeing them and their efforts get trashed. You don’t like seeing kids miss out on opportunities because the TSSAA is poor at their jobs. We want the same thing we just have different views on how that needs to be accomplished. I realize I shouldn’t be doing the things I get upset with you for doing. So I won’t falsely accuse SP anymore. Yes they have several transfers this year for football. But I honestly believe that they transferred because SP is a quality school and community with a great athletic program that has a lot to offer you people and their families. No recruiting or orchestration involved in that. And nothing is wrong with that same as Greenback. And for suggesting otherwise about SP I apologize to the other posters on this board and people in the community that may have read it. So ball is in your court OP. Take the high road or low road it’s up to you. I’m done with this. Good day.

Being honest and being a jerk are totally different... if you really have "been around" these boards before no one would have had to explain to you that you will be called out for trashing a kid on here, and quickly. Banter is as common as grass in a pasture but singling out kids don't cut it.

That statement is not true. I do contact Coacht and ask for threads to be locked so that things don’t go any further. It could easily escalate into a dumpster fire if someone doesn’t put water on it. I am not embarrassed of Reitzfan. I don’t always agree with his approach but I have never said I was embarrassed by him. He loves TCA and the kids at TCA more than anybody I know. He is not the spokesperson for TCA nor is anyone else on Coacht. I appreciate his loyalty.

You lost me at your last 2 sentences. Greeneville Returned 2 DT starters but lost both DE (Their replacements have done a good job so far). Central OL handled Greeneville starting 4 pretty well? Stats say other wise with the starters coming out half way through the 2nd quarter and held Central to 97 total yards in the first half and only 30 yards coming on the ground on 24 carries is a far cry from handling anyone

How do you get that the Mav's have the 15th hardest schedule? (Please don't tell me from Coach T because it only factor's in Win/loss not actually who you have played). Both teams loss was to their toughest competition in Powell. Greeneville loss by 2 AC loss by 12 the following week.

I've done the wrong team thing a couple of times myself. Once it worked for the better for me. I managed to screw up a couple this week. Picking at midnight when you have to be at work at 4 am tends to make the fingers go in all the wrong directions.

So true Sweet. I have been following them on Twitter as well as the Lady SoccerCats. I think both teams are having special seasons and could make it to State. Funny thing is the sports programs at ORHS have been run down on the boards this season and here we have two of the best girls teams in the state.

Don't think for a minute this RapedApe is from SP or represents anything about SP. I was at the Meigs/Greenback game. I didn't see any hands on hips from the Flying Tigers. I believe you and I have already discussed some details about that game privately. Enjoy your nephews game.

It's behind Portland East Middle School next to the train tracks. Nice atmosphere but I hope they don't ever move it. I appreciate the new stadiums but miss the old ones and the atmosphere they had. We will see if this undersized speedy 1A team of SP can keep with with a larger sized 2A team with a proven veteran QB. Game will be won in the trenches PERIOD. SP kids size look small compared to a lot of schools they play but the kids will surprise you. Meigs have a large line for sure. The couple games I watched Meigs they didn't play their best. The RB that game is shifty but nothing special. Contain the QB and maybe put a spy on him and SP wins. Easier said than done. SP Dbs need to also have a spectacular game or they will get burned. Meigs will have to play smart and watch the misdirections along with containing the edges. SP Qb is starting to click on timing with the WR in stride. So Meigs can't focus solely on run. Either way Beene Stadium will be rocking. Nothing like games of the past I have watched. Game could be so close it's not worthy to give a prediction. SP plays at home but Meigs being a much larger school males that even so the spread for this game in my book is 0.

Greeneville is good enough to get back this year. If they stay healthy, and play clean football which means no turnovers and limit penalty yard's to somewhere around 50 or less in the big Games to come. And then I like their Chances

Oh but all of your recruits were carefully orchestrated to fill a very specific need. Everyone knew you guys were talented but need some depth. It’s really a shame that you guys have to recruit and cheat to get ahead. IF yall win the gold ball it should have an asterisk in the record books.
