You and Tom and a few others are good people and we (GB) know that.We also know who the a##s were who did the wrong.If you would have been at the game and I understand completely why you werent you would have seen the sign the team ran thru and it was a Roy saying,so yes the kids read it and made a vow to send the Pirates home and all that crap just fueled their fire.The way they trashed very good people is unforgivable.This is typical of the ones I speak of and the 2 or three others that fed their ignorance.I will agree with BPM tho I know of a couple who tried to reel them in but for the most part the fan base just let those two idiots keep going.No other fan base on here would do that to any other team.All this stuff that is being posted ALL of us have known for sometime but just let it roll.Then dumb and dumber show up and start again.

I understand how GB felt last year. Accusation after accusation. It gets old and ruins the T for us good posters. Even though I didn’t say anything to GB, I apologize for the crap you all had to endure by a few on here. It sucks. The adults are the reason for talking crap, not the kids. I agree for the most part. Very lazy! Also, he stays very focused on the metro schools and all the Division II schools, but gives very little coverage to anyone else. He tweets about the food on his grill almost every day, so that's his ultimate focus obviously.

I checked the TSSAA website yesterday on enrollment numbers since there had been discrepancies from the original report. I didn't find any changes. And I don't think there will be nor should there be any changes posted until the TSSAA can verify by cross checking every school's enrollment numbers with the state office. I for one think it was a mistake to release the report without it being absolutely official. And on the other hand, I, like so many other folks, want my news and information yesterday. We want everything instantly and therefore have lost whatever patience we may have had.

I truly hope that does not happen to Region 4. I don’t like the idea of 4 hour drives to watch a 2 hour games. Plus that has 8 teams in Region 5. While other regions only have 4....

Lawrenceburg and Tullahoma are going to have some long road games.

Parker is a great kid who is an extremely hard worker....he has been blessed to stay injury free and have a great career and it is not over yet. I am as big of a Coach Hunt fan as there is and not because he is a great coach (which he is), but because of what he stands for and from everything I have seen he walks what he talks, any parent would be blessed to have him coach their kid for four years. Hope Parker and his team are able to finish things off with another gold ball. Good luck the rest of the season!!

Can guarantee you Chris Jones will not be the Next head coach. He never was a potential candidate. Vic picked his replacement so when he decides to hang it up it will be a smooth transition and kids would already know. Heck my kid is not a very good player yet he already knows who the next head coach is. It’s not secret who the next head coach is and Chris Jones knows it’s not him. The next head coach is on staff unless he decides he doesn’t want it. I’m on the booster club and there is absolutely no truth to those Rumors. Just people making things up. Typical town gossip!

Region 3 should win 3 out of 4 at least.

Hateful much? I don’t know where they would go, but I know Heritage will play up to 4A and WH will probably do the same. These Regions were just a guess by a Tennessean Sports Writer. No way there will be 10 teams in that Region.

York is less than 40 miles away from Oneida and Wartburg, why would they not be in that region and maybe even Monterey. That is complete lack of geographic knowledge of the state or you just completely don't give a crap about rural schools and the distance they are travelling.

It seems to me, and I could be wrong, that Fayetteville won't be affected much, if at all, on the offensive side of the ball. Defensively and in the punting game is where there may be some dropoff. Defensively, I don't think there will be that much. One thing that worries me about Gordonsville is that the only game we've had in a month is against Red Boiling Springs, and I'm not sure how that will affect us.

Speaking of gossip, someone at VW told me the Marions Coordinator had all his text messaging booty calls released in the Chattanooga newspaper a year ago. I laughed but my man swore by it. I’m thinking how did I miss that? I know y’all kinfolks always try to throw each other under the bus but that’s savage. I’m just keeping it real

Mo East and West are both suffering from LOFT. The kids in the JR and SR classes, when in middle school, only won games against other Morristown schools. The new private school will not help matters. if DB plays well, they name the score. If they sleep walk like they did against Jeff, it will be less.

Are you from Nashville? If so, you would naturally enjoy the coverage. All of us on the outside of the city likely feel differently. We get left behind for the most part...Tullahoma, Marshall County, Shelbyville, Warren County, DeKalb County, etc., just to give some obvious examples not just this year but every year.

I am looking for a 170 lb High Schooler to compete with Team Tn this weekend in Kingsport in a dual tournament. The wrestler we had unfortunately got injured yesterday and we need to fill it quickly. This would be a great opportunity for someone to get some mat time against top notch competition before the season starts.

WH Heritage will play up to 4A like they have the last several years. The Patriots have a program on the rise, making the Playoffs last season (7-3, 7-4 after the Playoff Loss) and they have already clinched a spot for this year. Heritage should finish 8-2, but will likely have to travel West to Lexington for 1st Round. I could also see WH playing up as well to 4A.
