I have really been impressed with the improved play at the line of scrimmage from earlier in the year. #14 is an absolute gamer. I’ll be content win or lose as long as we don’t give it to them and our kids leave the field not questioning if they gave their all for the TC.

I believe West Is the most complete 5A team in the East and I think they win this one on their road to Cookeville. That being said I’m pulling for Oak Ridge and the upset! GO WILDCATS! RWR!

Congrats to the murvil kids and seniors on a very good win. Practicing during Thanksgiving week again. The Db kids were good up front and forced some of the young rebels to find some fight. Tonight’s game should help them next week and next year.

I’m not sure what went on, but West still had a chance to stop us, blown call or not, and couldn’t. I’m not gonna act like I knew what all went down in a big pile of players being 300 feet from the field. Sucks if they got shafted but our guys still deserve a ton of credit. Our DC was out for “Contact Tracing”. And our head coach his an issue with time management.... and finishing inside the 10.... and adjusting to what is happening from series to series.... etc, etc. Heath Price isn’t walking through that door. He saved that man’s bacon more times than I care to remember. But TC was perfect tonight. No penalties, great game management. That’s why you guys are who you are and why we keep trying. that might have to be up there with the O line and Secondary. Losing Armitage, Jenkins, and Whitley is gonna hurt. When our 2s came in they played okay but our 2nd team D line is really good and they were making most of the plays

Very good points. Counter point Is the kids that really want to put in the extra effort should be able to do both. TSSAA is harming the kid that is capable and has the desire to do both Hs ball and competitive travel ball. They are two different animals and one really has very little to do with the other.
